Oh trust me having lived in the city for 10 years, I went back to my home country in a place filled with nature. It definitely does something to you, I immediately felt relax and a soothing effect was present, also had the best sleep in ages that very night... Also believe it or not but something strange happened in my mind where I felt like my mindset shifted as if my neurons had made new connections, a bizzare feeling, but all the ego and worries died down a lot the following days...

Exactly this, I also experienced the same thing, I lived and worked in a city with around 8 million people in it, live almost in the center of it for almost 4 years straight, then one day I decided to go to someone from my family who lives in a village.
