This was peak McGregor. He looked untouchable that night, I almost couldnt believe the fight when I watched. Lets hope Conor gets on another run like he had at featherweight!!
@Mach0mar.
@Mach0mar. 3 жыл бұрын
The problem is the very moment he entered his peak he left the sport. Fought 4 times in almost 6 years I believe. Became extremely inactive, doing drugs/drinking, getting arrested etc. And watching him now he just looks slow and predictable and his quick twitch reflexes and sharp accurate Counterpunching and timing are all gone. Sad to see. Even though he is 32-33 he looks like he 37. Dudes face aged as well as his fighting ability. Had he stayed in the ufc here and not wast his prime/peak years away I think he beats all the top guys at 155 except for Khabib. But I don’t blame him, being on welfare and having an opportunity to make 100 million against Floyd is tough to turn down. It is what it is he had his time and in his time he was a great fighter! 👍🏻

Never been a great fan of McGregor but man does it feel good watching his old fights. The distance control, the head movenent, the swiftness, the llightness on his feet, the powerful left hand - everything was going along so perfectly. I believe the fight against Eddy was his peak form and damn would I wish to see him fight like that again. He really put the "art" in the "martial" back then.

I remember for the first time when Conor won I wasn't going nuts out of joy I was literally just sitting here for like 1 minute trying to figure out what the fuck I had just witnessed... pure greatness and by a landslide the most dominant striking performance in UFC history. @@landddo1341 anyone who is watching connor for a long time can say how he was throwing up kicks and punches on khabib fight. It was different from his previous and cowboy fights. He is know for his precise boxing which i didn't saw against khabib. He was not attentive, his reflexes was on and off. It was kind of his worst fight. Still manage to win one round against a guy who never lost any. I'm not saying connor would have won the game. But it could have been a better fight for both without the bad blood.
