Size doesn’t matter if the bigger opponent does not have any combat experience. There’s been so many instances where people have exemplified this. And knowing that true geordie has had a few spars here and there, that’s insufficient to beat Connor imo.

Mate anybody connors size would struggle to hurt Geordie without illegal shots, he won’t be kick heavy, he will NEVER outgrapple a strong 300lbs man who has some training and he is never going to outbox him mainly due to the amount of force you loose punching up, and how used to sparring other 250lbs+ men Geordie will be as he’s done a lot of boxing to keep fit. When your a super heavy (like me) you mainly only spar other heavyweights or supers, and you get used to the force these giants can hit with, then you do bodywork with 160lbs up and coming pros or spar them with 16s and and you just laugh at them, trying there hardest with these fast hard sounding punches 😂😂 and you just laugh at them because it’s cute, simply don’t feel anything once you’ve sparred heavy men for a few years

It’s only a factor when the opponents are like Haney and Bradley martyn, Haney is only a boxer and martyn is a physical specimen who knows some grappling that outweighs him by over 100 pounds. Conor is a world class mma fighter and Geordie is just a big guy with no grappling or kickboxing skills. He’s getting smoked

If you're talking "on the road" using Gracie is a bad example. BJJ is terrible for a street brawl, using that style on a hard concrete floor against a MUCH bigger opponent gets you killed. watch bob sapp vs nogueira. nogueira wins that fight, but if that was on the street, he doesn't survive when bob lifts him and slams him head first. Octagon/ cage setting favors the more skilled guy a lot more

They might be the World Strongest Man but they had no fighting experience at all to my knowledge. I don't think True Geordie would stand a chance against Conor or Porier but with a little bit of training it could become interesting

"slightly" he was 6ft 7 tall and 400lbs and Connor was lighter himself there not to mention that was only light sparring basically a little play around
