Hope it all went well for her, you have to admire someone who works hard. 1992 it's was a different time. That was a fine shed in 92. There was a lot of work looking after 260 ewes then in comparison to today

my late mother took over our family farm in 1978 after our dad passed away wsnt easy we were very young she had to pay off loans but the worst thing was our neighbours trying to get her to sell up as it was no job for a woman how times have changed thank god for the better

Anne Murphy, what a great hard-working farmer woman, I bet that you will not find this very fine lady propping up the bar in the local pub with a pint of Guinness in hand smoking a cigarette, wearing turned down wellingtons, and talking sheep and cattle-breaking over from the neighbor's farm and how she is going to get her back on him for deliberately knocking down the fence in the middle of the night so his herd could eat some very lovely lush green grass on her farm
