Hi, if there was a bus there at 2:30, are you allowed to overtake and use the hatched area? What if there is traffic on the other lane (in terms of space for overtaking the bus)?

All hatched areas with broken white lines can be used when it is safe or necessary. If a bus was stopped at the bus stop you can use the hatched area to overtake. If there is plenty of room in terms of approaching vehicles yes overtake.

No, on the day the examiner chooses your test route. From the Didsbury test centre I have covered the hardest test routes on my KZbin Channel.
