None of the items do anything. The only reason why the eye patch and beret hat mentioned that in its description is because it's a reference to Metal Gear Solid and the character Snake.

Dear Z1Gaming, I was playing pal world and I was wondering how to get to the oil rig, apparently I was able to just swim to it without being targeted by the turrets

The house with the minefield if you go around the outskirts of the fence you will find a porter potty next to that porta potty. You will find a hole go in the hole and collect the clothing inside the bombproof helmet and clothing put them on then go inside of, the minefield house and get the man at the end take his shotgun go inside of the house collect all acorn and golden acorns. Get on the roof of the house. You’ll see a platform use the shotgun to jump up to get the golden acorn and the place with the barbecue and table of people if you look around near the house you will find a circle hedge in the middle of that circle hedge is a gas tank maybe if you collect that gas tank and put it on the picnic table and with a sparkler hat to ignite the gas tank on the picnic table then maybe you can complete that part of the mission and when you’ve got enough nuts to buy the car, you can use the car to get into the big boss mission if you want but I would wait until you cleared your first neighbourhood before going down. You will see a red tank in the area and a circle of nuts in the road when you go and collect those nuts, the tank will shoot at you And you will see where the tank goes then you can use your car to drive down the same area. The tank went for the big boss challenge but again I would wait until you’ve cleared the first neighbourhood then do the big boss when you go down to the challenge, you’ll be on a road. You will see some guns to collect to collect get one of them keep following the road you can shoot at the people that are on the road near the end of the road there’ll be a jump with a golden Acorn try and collect if you can then drive a little further until you get to the boss area if you still got your gun shoot the tank wheels on both sides then go under the tank and shoot the tanks ramp from behind then jump on top of the tank shoot the guy with the turret then collect the grenades on top of the tank and use them to throw inside of the tank to finish off. The main boss once you’ve completed the big boss? More of the neighbourhood will be unlocked? Sorry if I have just spoiled the game for you, but I know that you will get confused like always on what to do. I’m just making it slightly easier for you so you don’t have to do a load of editing
