Your vids are exactly why there truly is no difference between a KZbin with 5k subs vs 5 mil. Your quality and videos are better than most popular KZbinrs. Keep the vids coming G

Easily my favorite new channel on KZbin. The intentions over everything motto along with the story behind it, the way you express your thoughts and methods towards things in life, and of course the fantastic running - it doesn't get any better. Keep it up man, and thanks for the great content!

I never comment on videos but I absolutely love this. It feels like running alongside you and with that gorgeous scenery and relaxing music, nothing can top it - I’ve already watched this like a dozen times, been putting it on before my runs for inspiration. Please more like this! ❤

Quick question- I see you stopped a few times on the long run which makes me wonder how much you think it affects, if it affects the quality of the run at all?
@Hydrogenations
@Hydrogenations Жыл бұрын
Long runs are simply aerobic, so it's okay to stop a couple times. It would be different if he stopped or rested too long in the middle of a workout.

Maaaaaaaaan, I think you have the production and really great content. I think eventually one of your videos will blow up. You already have a great library of videos, so that makes a for a better hook for people. Love it, keep going and you will blow up!

19:37 as a freshman is a great starting point! Stay consistent, keep your easy runs easy, and your workouts hard. Consistency in the summer before XC, or the winter before track, is extremely important for growth year to year. I went from 18:30’s at the beginning of freshman year down to 15:28 by the end of senior year. You got this brother!

If you love data, it’s for you. If you aren’t a fan of data, don’t get it. It accurately tracks sleep and recovery pretty well. I usually don’t like it when a device tells me how i should and shouldn’t feel. There have been days and weeks where I’ve been in the red for my recovery, but continued to train at maximum capacity. I’ve got about a month left on my 18 month subscription, but it honestly does the same as my Coros for most of what I use it for. To be honest, I don’t know if it’s worth it? But I’ve got the subscription, so I might as well wear it until it runs out.
