@@herlajis sorry didn't get notification for your reply. IPG /w full mastery, or javelin units could be good. Even if unit control isn't as hard, going over doctrines, mastery and best ways to play a certain unit is always helpful.

Personally I am trying to focus on the ones that people dont understand, or have no idea how to control properly and think they are bad like palace guards, but after covering this unit I dont think there are any other complex units that need a detail control guide

@@StylesJay thank you for the compliment, but the maidens are pretty bad as well as their kit was kinda destroyed with updates, somethings no longer even match the discription, I would advise you to stay away from the unit😭

Varangian guard unit guide would be awesome. These guys are quite confusing. All i ever did with (when i last used long time ago) , i just kept pressing whatever button were available

aww i could write a small guide in the comments for you at best, because unfortunatelly that unit is bad in my eyes and should not be used, recent update did not address any core issues that the unit has, just buffed the already existing kit, therefore even if I do a guide on them it wont make the unit great again, we might see them more often but anyone with real units like zweihanders will juat wipe them

the frontier server does not have the 5th doctrine!what is it? i can see only until will increase

it will increase the slash dmg bonus and max health bonus by another 10%, so it will be total of +40 % slash dmg and max health. This doctrine is from Doctrine dash event that we had during the season

Correct me if im wrong, golden aura buff last until unit dies or any skill will be used? Does it apply to auto-attacks tho? And only apply again, individually to each soldier when they full health is restored, yes? Did you consider taking extra health node from bottom (Heart of a Hero) or in a fact whole bottom line for extra defence? Would it be too much sacrifice of dmg and CD Gambit?

golden aura is just an indicator telling you that the models can get the buff, think of it as something that the unit will consume to get the buff. they will consume the holy aura once you activate knight's defense or knight's gambit. once triggered the buff will last for 7 seconds. Yes, it can only be applied again to each soldier individually once the health is restored and prepared stance is activated, healing method is not important, once full health and in prepared stance they will get the holy aura again, which will again be consumed to get the buff once triggered with knight's defense or knight's gambit. Yes it is applied to basic attacks but there is no time for them since the whole rotation takes 7-8 seconds to complete while the buff lasts for 7. Taking heart of a hero is a massive drawback to CD R and DPS, which would in a way would also affect your survivability. Imagine small to medium-sized blob fight - 4v4 with units: you went in, did your rotation, meaning all skill are on CD, because you went bot line you didn't really kill the enemies meaning they are alive and hitting you, so now you are taking damage and being afk while your CDs refresh in prepared stance that does no damage and hope u will heal up a bit... while being top means you wiped at least 2 out of 4 units so your teammates clean up and you go to heal up in supply since the brawl is done if u need. its just not worth it, there is no real benefit being bot, maybe if bot line would reduce cdr on knights defence so it can be spammable, but its not the case

damage was applied for sure, its was just a comman animation glich when u do something to fast, and you can see them partially do the brace animation, then it gets canceled and damage is applied, nothing to worry about, we don't need to do short delays in between stages

its a cavalry that charges :D there is nothing really to make a guide about. you should simply know general rules about how to play charge cav which are: 1. what what units you cant engage - Madaos, Imperial pikes, Fortes 2. study the maps, Cavalry and range units cant be used everywhere unlike infantry, they need a favorable terrain. you need to know where does the flow of the battle usually go, where does infantry blog normally go and at what time, and you get ready for them(which means you use them in certain maps in special places) 3. best time to charge when your frontline made contact with the enemies so they are less aware about you since they are in a brawl. Inshort its map knowledge and timing 4. grouping up the unit properly is important 5. Ideally you would never want to call them back after you charge them at a 180 degree angle because it takes long time for them to turn so during the charge its important to position yourself right

yea maybe :D I was also considering them, but I am secretly hoping for them to get an active brace before doing it. For now I will simply give you some advice: as we know our kills from 1st ability refresh it, however even tho the CD is refreshed - a lot of the time we cant use it because the animation is not over yet so the icon stays gray, but if you press V before the animation end - the ability will light up and be usable again.

xD ok so... wait what !? ammmmm u probably mixed it up, knights gambit is 2nd button. Prepared stance and knight defense is one and the same button, pressing 1 unlock the other
