Serious question here: what’s the general vibe at the sandbars? Is it reggaeton and other horrible music at 100 or are the people more normal and don’t pollute the entire place with competing boat sound systems? Tampa is getting worse and worse in this regards. We don’t even like to go to Egmont as much anymore

I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.

Delray Beach east for sure. We don't have a lot of walkable cities. We do drive pretty much everywhere. Delray is walkable and that is a huge draw to most people who buy there. Thanks for commenting!

Jupiter is an excellent family friendly environment but it does lack any real nightlife. As she stated, it is a drive to West Palm beach and to Delray Beach which offers more nightlife. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to live but if you are use to a more face paced city full of nightlife and action it may not be enough for you. If you want an ideal environment to raise a family or are retired and past the point of night life then it’s for you. I agree with her buyers that there simply isn’t enough going on here.
