I applaud this woman so much! I think she is amazing, she is SO great at explaining human nature connected to spiritual awakening. I also love her humbleness when admitting that sometimes she does have a desire for something and that she does not want to let it go, or when she admits that growing up is an interesting process, that seeing how your body ages, how your "youth beauty", fading away is a natural process. She is so real and human. Thank you Kim.

Lovely 😊! Through your talk I discovered I’m attached to my body therefore I’m having trouble with aging. All the physical changes and feelings of being worthless. I see it now I can process it! 🙏🏽 Thanks!

Right you are, Kim....about being in So Cal, where there are so many women who are constantly getting the injections...AND dyeing grey hairs, threading eyebrows, wearing false lashes and hair pieces... Byron Katie, however, is a beautiful example of aging gracefully. I absolutely love her hair, it's so gorgeous...and probably feels very soft because it's not stripped and damaged with chemicals. Peace & Love

My body may be getting old,while my mind and spirit stays young . I feel it has returned to the innocence and freedom of a child,free spirit. Born free and forever young. I love being around nature and animals and children. It replenishes my energy. There's no pain,no worry a peace of mind. I am not afraid of dying as I know the tranquil feeling I will have. The release of my conscience x

The finger cymbal is waaay too loud that’s why. Decibels pierce the eardrum and disturb the peace of the brain at rest theta waves. That’s why I find so-called award Teacher’s are not fully aware....by starting a talk with a loud bell jolts one.

Sam Wh Sometimes looks can be deceiving....You can have facial expressions that "appear" to be unhappy BUT still be @peace and happy within yourself....And then there is the opposite...You can look very happy on the outside BUT be completely miserable on the inside.....like soooooo many people do all the time

Who is aware of the silence? Awareness. I love that. Jim Carrey also speaks about this. This experience is incredible and indescribable. Life is an experience to be had not a problem to br solved.

Kai Hendee I was lying in bed. Completely dark and silent. There was no thought. I was lying down still awake and not thinking. It was a truly peaceful moment and I was out. I had realized the next day that what meditation is exactly, is to be awake and aware without thinking. People think they "have" insomnia, I thought I did at points in the past. Unless there is a physical impairment that makes it difficult to sleep thats one thing. They don't have insomnia, they just have too many unecessary thoughts and worries and lose sleep.
@daxross29306 жыл бұрын
The MADGamer yes I spent a lot of my past tossing and turning. Raving in thoughts gone out of control. Now when it’s time for bed. All that stuff doesn’t have a place anymore. I let all of it go. It’s amazing

Me gusta. Saludos. Enric.

It's not within us, we are that. Vendanta says "Thou art that". We are not our body and mind. We are indomitable eternal soul having human experience because of our past karma. We are spiritual beings.

So ~ what about all the people suffering & being killed across this planet ? Oh - from her point of view. I guess it’s all fun & games to watch others die. As long as it’s not this group. .. spiritual by passing .. go and see the suffering we are creating across this planet ..
