Seriously brethren I mean it. I live on the east coast and all that I grew up eating was the food of the romans that's killing us bcuz we didn t have the knowledge. The marching of our people is good but this is health and life and for you to sit and use your mind to do these recipes for us with the little bit of food on Dr.sebi s list is amazing. Dr. Sebi and maa can only do so much it s time for them to kick back and brethren you are taking us to the next level bcuz I'm learning so much from u and this stuff is really good that you re teaching us. You don t even know that you 've got a nation of black people watching you and following you lol bcuz alot of people don t comment bcuz this is a touch and scroll generation, well u didn't know that I was watching but I m here to tell u brethren that i respect your love to lead the people above the pagan ways of the romans that are killing us even through our diet. GOD BLESS you and your familly, your daughter who made the bread as you can see we even know your familly. Thank you black man, keep leading us, GOD BLESS you and your familly. Thank You Thank You Thank You I have been watching your videos for about 5 hours today. My sister in law has stage 4 Breast Cancer and the Cancer is actually coming out of her breasts. It was heartbreaking to see. After crying my eyes out I told my friend I would not be going to Sabbath Services today because of what I saw and she told me to go to Dr. Sebi website, I watch and listen to him about 4 hours and then I found your site. I am beyond Grateful. I told my sister in law about my discovery and she will be over my house on Tuesday to listen and hear for herself. We are then going to the store to purchase well needed Alkaline foods so we can turn our lives around and add more days and prayerfully healing to both our bodies. Please extend a thank you to your Wife and Daughter for their help and support. May God continue to bless you and your family for your service and ministry.

due to having many health issues such as high bp, diabetes, high cholesterol and an overactive thyroid I decided to seek out healthy eating not involving meat, sugar or dairy. I thank God for individuals like yourself. A person like myself who is use to a high fat, processed, sugary diet was left confused, frustrated and defeats after seeing the lists of Alkeline foods that could be consumed. I will admit I am not very creative in the kitchen so coming across individuals like yourself who take the time to make videos and inform people like myself is a blessing. Thank you so much for what you're doing. I pray my Autistic nephew will adjust to the new way if eating, he's so picky. keeping my fingers crossed.

Hello TY, I used quinoa flour instead of spelt and it was very difficult to work with. It kept breaking and not forming right. I even added more coconut oil and water and flour, it just would not act right, so I ended up throwing it out. So I tried it with teff flour. It was okay to work with but my tortillas were hard like flat bread and the chips were great and crunchy. What is your take on trying it with Amaranth flour? I need the tortillas to come out like yours but without spelt flour because of my allergies to wheat.
