I hope this guide is helpful. HIT CAP IS 8% (but I keep saying 9 in the video, sorry ). Hammer of Wrath is also a spell that will not be dodged or parried. I noticed I mistakenly call hand of reckoning spell crit, its melee crit. To clarify the "5 kinds of crit. its 1-spell, 2-melee, 3 Global crit rating (stuff on gear), 4-Global Increases to a school of magic like "crusade" talent, and 5-spell specific ( sanctity of battle).
