why do we need to do PO receipt to expense subinventory? if we do so PPV will not be generated

I am a car manufacturer. I buy Mobile phones for free distribution to employees. i have tho expense this receipt...as otherwise it will reflect as Asset of the Company.

iSupplier is not a module. Supplier portal is necessary for the Supplier to send the ASN.
