Consolations, S. 172, no. 3 in D-flat Major by Franz Liszt ~ Piano Performance by Lennon Ashton

Here is the encore piece from my senior recital in 2020-Consolations, S. 172, no. 3 in D-flat Major, Lento placido, by Franz Liszt. This is one of my favorite pieces of piano music, and I truly believe that it is one of the most beautiful compositions ever written. I remember deciding to learn this piece during a difficult time in my life, and this piece gave me a lot of comfort and solace. I will always treasure this piece.

I love playing the piano intro to "Firth of Fifth"! That was one of the first songs that introduced me to the world of progressive rock music. I will probably make a cover of the intro at some point!
