i cannot stress enough how many times this issue has plagued me... i've tryed to fight it and saveworld alot.... but even then this has failed im honestly rlly surprised Asa is like this given Ase was never at any point or time like this however Ase has had rollbacks but as far as the game Not working with /saveworld this has never happened lol atleast not that i can remeber anyways Thanks GP im glad something is finally happening perhaps ill return to playsoon :)@@michaelhartzell3392

I play splitscreen with my brother, don't think I can do that on a server can I?... Not sure though, I'm fairly new to ark

Not only is it not saving which means losing hours of taming/breeding dinos.... but now when I load back in to the game to find hours of progress gone I also find my inventory empty and all items from my hotbar gone aswel. This is getting beyond a joke now, it was working fine for me when there was a save button. These issues only started after they took the save button away. I'm ready to give up on this game, I've tried to stick with it but I can't deal with losing hours of progress everytime I play aswel as now losing all my weapons and tools from my hotbar and all of my Ammo and items from my inventory.

Seeing your player numbers drop a bit in the last couple days hey wc 😅 funny what it takes to motivate them to fix a problem. Too little too late imo, its like ark is the ex bringing a 6pack around to try & mend the past because they are jealous of our new 'Pal' 😉

Months later and this problem still isnt fixed. Just lost all my work today. I made saving the game into a natural reaction everytime I paused and today I get on to do some farming and I'm back to starting a new character screen. Months of work just gone. Fml

This just happened to me. I got the game last night, put 6 hours into my first sesh. Saved and exited like normal. Came back and the entire file was gone. Sweet.

They need to have toggle cryo pod nerf settings available on single player.

I highly recommend downloading the Dino Depot mod for your single player world and completely forgetting about the base game Cryopods. They work in every way you could want, and can even be adjusted too. Plus you get a cool gun that lets you shoot dinos to pod them
