How lovely, the roof could double as a huge patio with herbs and a potted garden, with a rain collecting system added & solar, this is very eco friendly

In Australia they are using Hempcrete! That's the bomb. It's apparent that the concrete used these days isn't very good. Out curbs were poured 20 years ago and they're crumbling. I'm not convinced that concrete would last.

so what's the difference between setting up forms and pouring the concrete walls in the shape and buying a 10000 printer and pouring it in layers it might dry faster with the printer but you don't have to remove a large expensive machine just some cheap laminate forms, or not at all if they are the forms you leave in that add to the insolation of the house.

I recommend using a gantry crane. It is a much better architecture for this application.

I assume this is for an arid climate; if not water will collect on the roof.

I would like to see a 3D Furnished home with someone living in there with Electricity and Water, also Insulated for Air Conditioning and Heating. I am thinking about getting a 3D Printed Home
@kayceegreer44183 жыл бұрын
I think the air space in between is what creates the insulation, considered an air barrier if there is any moisture or condensation that gathers, the concrete pretty much just takes care of it by absorbing it back and transferring it out and it would evaporate with heat or sun ....there is a much more complicated scientific wave expressing this but that ain't me. That's for the guy that explain it so well to me that I understood it and was able to tell you this. Oh, wait the diorama shows there are fans or something like that on top of the roof I think those must be attached to the inner wall space and it ventilates. I remember now in the early stages of this I heard this massive explanation and my brain went to sleep a couple of times but I think that is actually the heating and cooling method for this type of building. I'm not getting any sound so I don't know. Look up one of the demonstration videos and check the dates on the earliest ones cuz those are going to be the ones that are going to explain it the most and then it's time for grest and they got better at this and got more experience than got more learning people on the bandwagon for it they started developing new ways and getting new ideas.

@@engr-hasan thanks for that. Do you as far as micro scoping the fines? Does it matter? And how much Does Glenium Sky 631 run. Is that a hardener. One more question. What is the temperature range to operate this system? Oh...one more question. Can you make a slurry of hempcrete for the pump?
@engr-hasan4 жыл бұрын
@ I'm not an expert in this. I'm studying this from my own interest and hoping for future implementation. I'm answering the questions from my understanding. 1. the system is designed to work with fine aggregates (up to 12 mm). 2. I think it's required for shaping. 3. I've never worked with 'Glenium Sky 631' so no idea about that. 'Glenium Sky 631' is used to delay the setting time of the concrete. 4. This mix-design was used to print houses in Europe (Denmark). 5. I've no practical experience with Hempcrete. But I'm sure it's possible. Thank you. Mahamud.
