Just some minor change what sir told in that: const variables initialization cannot be done when they declare we have to must initialize variables at the time of declaration but let & var variables are initialized by compiler with "undefined" value. var a // Valid console.log(a) let b // Valid console.log(b) const c // Invalid SyntaxError: Missing initializer in const declaration console.log(c)

You can ignore ; Js adds it automatically during compilation

Javascript will understand it and you won't have to put ";" However its strongly recommended to use it because its a convention ( standard practice). When you become developer its easy for other developers readability too.

MY NOTES VAR vs LET vs CONST Var is something that was used in ancient times so don't use it .if you change it anywhere a will change. Let will not change if you just change it everywhere it will show a bit of different resutls. Const can't be changed throughout the whole javascript programme so use it while u know u don't have to change it.Use this as much as u can. USE LET AND CONST -suggest u to see the code 3:30 let a; a = 5; {u can do these} console.log (a) const harry; {no u can't do these} harry = 5

what I have experimented through code is that var is scoped in case it is declared inside a function and re-declaring the same variable name inside the function does not overwrites the variable with same name outside the function , but it is not scoped in case it is inside if() or loop. example through code : var i=1; function test() { var i=23; console.log(i); } test(); console.log(i); output: 23 1 var i=1; if(1) { var i=23; console.log(i); } console.log(i); output: 23 23
