Great to see the collab videos..and seeing you together. Constance would be my choice because it’s a classic also. I tried it out and didn’t like the H hardware though. It’s so difficult to open and I am afraid that the back of the bag will get concave due to the pressure when opening and closing the bag.

I like this range of mugs much better. Australian ones are the same as Singapore ones - boring in comparison. I like the one, open compartment of Amy’s ‘bum’ bag but it looks almost as fiddly to access as the Constance. My favourite closing is the Roulis. I want to take bits from each bag and create my own! 😅

Hi Kat, can you comment on how customers are treated if they take their Hermes bags that they bought on the preloved market or got as gifts, to the Hermès store for spa services?
