its a nice concept but ik you litterly edited the christine movie for this, and plus if this were to take place before the main film the house wouldent be walking by trees and damaging its roof yet.

That was the intention, too, because Christine and Monster House are both essentially physical unemotional objects that have come to life. In addition, we know that the house was the only one visible to our protagonists during the outburst of anger, apart from the other people. So, as we have also seen, the house can restore itself and has unrestricted access to the environment on which it stands.
