Every birthday, I sit alone, introspecting where my life is going, what shall I add new to this year, a new commitment, because I don’t want to spend the next year the same way twice, and my moto remains : Finish what you started. With this video, I feel that I’m doing the right thing. And I do feel a great deal of excitement when I see a new video uploaded by you, Rajan. You inspire me! Thank you very much.

Sir The best thing abt you, as far as I can comprehend, is that whatever u express in ur videos is not bookish, but comes form the direct, raw, absolutely lived experience of life. Nd that's why they r so valuable. Thanx!!

Rajan, you are serving humanity. You're creating the antitheses of Facebook, you're making boredom cool.

Good message. Many in my friend circle, I have noticed the same thing. They might be suffering from ADHD(attention deficit hyperactive disorder). They can't focus on anything.

Thank you for sharing your valuable experience. Boredom has always been a major challenge to tackle. I always tend to procrastinate when there is a boring task involved. Your insights helped to look at it from an independent angle

Millennials can't tolerate boredom, we are taught or marketed to be specific to consume as much as possible as the world is going to end tomorrow, live in the moment, you are not going to get this life twice yada yada. We will choose something stupid for the sense of adrenaline rush but will suffer for something meaningful. True words sir!

Thank you for this helpful advice. This aversion to boredom has resulted in my tendency to only do things at the last minute. I get anxiety when I have to confront a boring task. It is seriously bogging me down.

A counter view A creative person can never follow a routine. I feel as a young generation we must be curious , critical and creative which requires a search for constant excitement. Embracing boredom is just liking embracing psychofant system ; it's like be corrupt because the system is !!

... As a German Biologist - we are conditioned to get instant Rewards for no efforts. And abuse Rewards as Pain Medication. So we get addicted instantly. The Training to endure PAIN and never crave for any Reward is the Art of Mastery. Mozart worked on his Requiem until his very last Breath in the most painful deadly misery. You will not find 1 wrong note....
