A little correction the Constitution of 1956 had 234 articles in it including 13 parts and 6 schedules in it. And great work over all

A deep observation shows that whenever presidential system was introduced in pak , it brought more agriiculture , industrial , welfare and progress as compared to parliamentary system.All dam's and land reforms in pak during presidential form of government . 👍 "Mam ap bht khubsurat han" ( mashallah ) ma ap k har lecture attaiin krta hn Allah ap ko slamat rhkha r lambi umar daaa.

Although 1956 constitution was the first ever made constitution of Pakistan. Howerver, unicameral in nature that pushed democratic governments to wall and vested executive authorities with the centre, iskandar Mirza's initiative to merge objective resolution into it, proved his mistake which he countered by abrogating his own proposed and accepted constitution and its a sign of political power struggle was given more priorities over the National interests and this disrespected the democratic values, federation held all the powers which further deterioted the situation and paved the way to Martial Law because of the inefficiency disclosed before the state machinary and created vaccume which onwards filled by the Military Leadership

I am in favour of a presidential system in Pakistan but but but , first we need proper rule of law. We do not currently have rule of law in the country. Once our institutions are strong enough to conduct free and fair elections, our judiciary is strong and efficient working within its domain, our military does not trespass its authorities, only then can we have presidential system and its better for a society like Pakistan. In current situation, we cannot have presidential system as it will be misused completely and one person will become a dictator and mould rules and laws and control the institutions too because institutions are still weak and pretty much dysfunctional and overlapping, plus there is no rule of law. We are at 130th place out of 170 on Rule of Law index 2021.

Maam if you are reading this, could you please clarify that if parliamentary system was introduced in 1956 constitution and PM and presidential seats were constituted. it the first time when a PM was appointed otherwise Liaquat li Khan(First PM) had his tenure from 1947-1951, which was before 1956.
