The average time of discussion on each bill have significantly decreased to around 5 to 10 minutes (with lot of shouting and disturbances in between). Quality of discussion have decreased. The total days of functioning of lok sabha is very less (50 to 60 days/year) and that too with lot of disturbances. On top of that, attendance of the members is not great. And such stupid things happen on top of all this. Idk, should we laugh or 😢 cry
