Millions blown to come to a conclusion a pre school kid could have told you. You have to pay back if you used state money for your personal home. Then again we know his education level when it comes to figures. Hope he pays tax on the security upgrades which improved the value of his personal house and not a state owned house like previous presidents.

if my house is upgraded or revamped, it is only logical that I pay the guy or company who does the job. we pay for services and goods...the president knew this, it's the loud mouths that confused him and he just got lost in the commotion...
