Most of our older generation have manipulated age because of various reasons so official date of birth will be different from their original date of birth so they should'nt have gone the extra mile to create misunderstanding. The church and village batchmates record will be the original proof of age. Just my thought.

The problem here is that the members of the search committee did not follow the rules of the Sumi Hoho constitution during the appointment process and were unwilling to compromise or admit their mistake. Interestingly, there is even a fight in a church compound somewhere in Nagaland by a particular tribe to resolve over some issue😅

If the court is deemed to give its verdict based on SH yezabo's rules & guidelines & with the evidence of Dr.vihuto's official date of birth certificates with every documentation that he has been using officially, it is crystal clear that current SH President Dr.vihuto ASSUMI has to step down from the chair of SH President & also one charges against him is that he cannot continue to serve not only as SH President but even as executive officials because as per SH yezabo clearly noted that no SH office bearers are allowed to serve not more than two tenures & as far as Dr.vihuto's past service in SH has been is been concerned, it is well known by the sumi people that he has already served two tenure as general secretary in the past so now it is also obvious that Dr.vihuto ASSUMI will be on the weaker side inside the court. And now the ball is in the court's jurisdiction & hopefully justice will be delivered.

Serious Jealous and ego is at play here, for the accusations are all baseless, The Sumi leaders time and again have explained clearly again and again as to how & why he was elected as president and clarified the doubts put forward by some people, but unfortunately this 7 members chose to ignore the facts, the discussions and meetings, instead went all out and further dragged this issue this far, bringing this whole issue to public domain, this act committed by them by not keeping and understanding the Views of General tribesman and their requests to settle whatever the issue amongst us but unfortunately they stood still looking only at their personal interest which proves nothing but an act of desperation and selfishness on their part and now it’s crystal clear that they are working clearly and closely with a motive to defame the name of the sumi hoho.

I see nothing wrong in those 7 brothers filing the case,cant you see its a total breach of sumi hoho yezhabo? We should be thankful to them for standing up for us. Let the court settle who is right and wrong. No doubt in the incumbent president's capabilities but we should not forget no one is above the law. If hes right let him prove himself to the court with the necessary documents. There should be checks and balances in every organization.
