1) 05:28 Sir said the angle is 53 degrees in the question 05:32 so accordingly answer would be Vcos53 2) 12:20 is a calculation error-- velocity will come out to be +8m/s which will be opposite to that of pulley A

Hello Sir, pls check that in 2nd example when the video is at 7min, the velocity v directed in X axis should be (2×cos 37) which tends to be (8/5) or 1.6. The componen of vector in a dimension can't be more than the vector itself. As the velocity supposed is 2m/s while the component is more than 2m/s.
@prathamsharma8874
@prathamsharma8874 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Tanya Verma, You are correct that velocity is in X-Direction, but I think you have mistaken what Sir actually meant. See, 2m/sec² is the velocity which block is moving. So, here it acts like Horizontal Component of V, not 2 m/sec² is horizontal component of it. I hope now you understood this concept. Firstly you made me in trouble but I am now fine after seeing this throughly. Hope, Your Days will be fine with Spark of Happiness Hope you will your JEE/NEET with Flying Colours.
