Your Videos are really Good. Wanted to Understand if one uses Protherm VP 150 or 200 Bricks along With Normal Clay Bricks How much Stronger and Cost effective Will it be. Offlate The Cement and TMT bars costs have Reduced. Also, What Changes With Increase in number of Floors. Sand filling will be done only at Ground Level

Mixing bricks will result in 15 % extra cost in bricks section, cement and tmt will remain same near about what i mentioned, with every increase in floor reduce 15 % cost for 1 st floor, 10 % for second floor, sand filling will be done only on ground floor 🙏

Bhjai, iska kya ek excel calculator , bana ke share kar doge kya, Let say, mere ko : 4500 Sq Feet mai G+5 banana hai to kitane cost aayege, to maalum chal jaayega & can customize myself for : 1500 sq feet, 3000 Sq feet etc.

Excellent and useful information. I think you have left out few more important and essential work such as, 1.Underground water tank. 2.Overhead water tank. 3.Compound wall. 4.Parapet wall. 5.Earthing. 6.Rain water harvesting etc.

Underground water tank will be made by cement, brick etc Overhead water tank is mentioned in sanitary section Parapet wall estimate is in bricks Rain water harvesting is additional Earthing wire hardly takes 8-10 k expenses

ऊपर ज्यादा नहीं लगेगा। क्यूंकि नीचे plinth का cost और time बच जाता है। plinth cost ही 15-20% of total construction आ जाता है। ऊपर आपका 10-15% तक बच जाएगा नीचे के मुक़ाबले।
