Ring deduction is wrong... It should be (3*2*8)+(2*3*8) = 48+48 = 96 mm = 0.096 mt ... Coz 3 nos 90 degree bend there so deduct 2d and 2 nos 135 degree bend there so deduct 3d...

And you know in big columns, no. of reinforcement are 10-12 , what would be the total cost there? Do you have any idea... May be i think so it would be around 12000 cost of one column..
