Thanks Nutan for reply, the method statement vary for every project and prepared for every activity. There is no typical as such.

Who has to write a method statement and who it's responsibility.

As said in video, it's construction engineer responsibility to write as they know the work as "How best to do work, and QA/QC and EHS shall review w.r.t specifications. And approved by project manager and qc manager "
