9:00 Congratulations on completing your aircraft! I get anxious watching how much the tail feathers seem to flex in the wind. The left and right elevator surfaces seem to flex independently. Is this flex normal, and not a concern for future metal fatigue?

Pour Nieuport 28 tout métal : j'ai une hélice licence Chauviere de 14-18 pour Nie 24 bis moteur le Rhone . Si tu passe vers Saint-Sulpice sur Leze 31 , viens donc la voir. Bravo pour ta belle construction !

This man is very fast at building planes, I'll give him that but I wouldn't want to fly in a plane that has been slapped together so quickly! It may be for some war effort production or perhaps he just has a very demanding boss.
