I must admit you are the only person in the enugu who gives viewers enough minutes to see what's going on in the enugu under Peter mbah. Good job. The next thing Peter mbah need to do if he wants to make enugu the destination for tourist, is to do something about the red sand in the road and to regrass or cement the road demarcation as it look terrible due to people trample on the grass.

You can immediately see quite clearly evidence of poor construction. It means that whoever was awarded the contract IS NOT a qualified contractor, and they clearly LACK the expertise and appropriate modern equipment to build a so-called ultra-modern bus terminal. So why waste the State's money by awarding the contract to an UNQUALIFIED contractor that will build a substandard bus terminal that might even collapse? What is wrong with Enugu State officials? It's NOT too late to STOP ongoing construction and hand over the contract to a qualified contractor. It's better the project is delayed and done well.

If you have any experience with construction, you only need to observe and see the poor and ill-equipped or non-equipped construction going on. I am willing to bet that the contractor has NEVER done a complex job like this before, which would explain why he or she lacks the right construction equipment. If you say you are building a state-of-the-art bus terminal, I am assuming you planned to build something that would last for a very long time. Based on the OBVIOUS ongoing poor quality construction, the finished building will also be INFERIOR. It's better NOT to be emotional about the matter, but rather alert the government so they can send an INDEPENDENT, QUALIFIED BUILDING CONTRUCTION ENGINEER to assess the quality of work going on. If it's a matter of giving out construction contracts and inspections jobs to friends, family, and political allies, then Enugu State will most likely end up with sub-standand end-projects.

i'm still watching proceedings with some skepticism. they said it's the same contractor that built the Lagos one that's building this one for Enugu. was this how Lagos one was built? if these workers and the equipment i'm seeing here can deliver exactly what we were promised in the 3-D rendering, then i'd be pleasantly surprised.

If they are beneficial, ask yourself why there's extreme lack of economic opportunities, resulting in lack of gainful employment, extreme hardship, insecurity and chaos. Local projects that does not generate FOREIGN EXCHANGE REVENUE for the state or country is quick kick-back scheme. The most common scam are road construction. That's why Tinubu is building a N35 Trillion road. Roads are vital infrastructure, but people need gainful employment. Gainful employment creates a sense of well-being and contentment, brings happiness, and creates peace, which leads to social stability and security and safety. The only way to rescue the country is initiate industrial activities that will generate foreign exchange revenue. Building parks, road, hotels and stadium with federal revenue allocation is going round in circles.
