Since ancient times, rice has been a food crop associated with human life. It produces grains of rice that appear regularly in our family meals. There are many types of rice such as wet rice, dry rice ... and also many ways for people to grow them. For farmers living in the high mountains, the most common method of cultivation on hills is to create terraced fields to plant them. It is quite new to most people but this is a very old method. Please watch the video and feel it.

Why most rice farmers are still transplanting by hand hardly instead of use mechanized planters? Because they have not find suitable, workable and affordable planters although those planters are excellent, but they have high requests against: 1) Rice seedlings. 2) Paddy field. 3) Operating. Seedlings must standardised and growing in plastic tray. All traditional rice seedlings can not be used. Paddy field must suitable for those planters. Farmers must have superb operating skills. But very few farmers and areas can follow these requests. In the other hand, most of them are too costly for most farmers. Thank you for watching. Mr.Liu

Try using a turkey baster to dispense the concrete mixture. Fill the baster's removable bulb first then attach the nozzle end. Holds more than the cups you used.

Thanks for creating this video. 2 questions? (1) How often must water be refill or changed throughout the year? (2) If it rains often, and overflows with water, where would the water flow at the bottom terrace? Is there a canal that is built at the bottem to create a runoff into a pond or somewhere?

I'm building this exact same set up, but on a 12 foot high hill side, and steeper. Also have 3 tears built, but could add more, my hill is more dome like. Also will all be pipe work from 2 pools, high and low, and a spring to fill them
