Dear lord! QC!!! The surface needs to be cleaned...not by blowing on it with your mouth. Also, the construction joint surface is too rough around the bars. If he isn't carefully the joint may not bond properly to the adhesive.

Wow, this is shocking.... blowing dust off with your mouth before placing the adhesive, the first concrete placement has a bunch of cracks in it, I see transverse tie bars not wrapped around the vertical bars. I guess this is construction on a budget
