Yeah and the house is going to be impossible for firefighters to save with that kind of floor structure. In about 15 minutes that steel wiil be soft enough that only 2x4' swill be holding up that span of floor. That is all they need to worry about is the floor above coming down while they are trying to get people out and find the main fire. No wonder a lot of fire departments are standing back once they know people are out.

Thanks for sharing your insight on the floor structure and its implications for firefighters. Safety is always a top priority in such situations.

14:38 "The price of this, will depend on the size of the project" tells us nothing. Of course the size of the project determines the final cost, but how much is a foot?

Never lift with a chain. Chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. Use wire rope way safer.

Safety first! Thanks for the tip.

Everything is as strong as the weakest link... tell tower crane operators to not use chain. Tell me when they stop laughing at you.

Why don’t they want us to know?

It’s a secret I can’t tell you 😂

Go figure, if you go up in a man lift over 6’ you are required to have on a safety harness with a 10’ lanyard. (sounds dumb, but it’s true) yet roofers don’t have to tie off to anything? These roofers odd are a great idea, I just don’t get the double standard.

Maybe the roofers have a secret deal with gravity that we don't know about! But seriously, safety should always come first.

Who knew plastic and foam could cost so much? Maybe I should start selling my recycling!

In Canada, it is probably due to Carbon Tax... since oil is bad 😛
