The video won't go all the way to the end, so they may address this in the part I can't view (this is a problem on both Chrome and Firefox). How are they going to fit a four-lane road with a 12-foot-wide trail on one side and a 6-ft-wide walkway on the other? There isn't must excess property on the sides of what exists now.
