There is little slow progress as compared to M82-82. Hopefully once 82-84 is completed after that 78-81 will be focused.

Thank you for the updates.Would you please comments about when spriha 7, 8, 9, have been alloted to the applicants if possible. Think Shapoorjee taking double the period what they have been given for handover in their sites.That is cost would double the amount or more if applicants availed Home a Loan.This is why We like to know when alloted. Shapoorjee is not updating any notice when the flats would be handed over. Only with your kind 0verview in You tube we are able to gather Information. Thank you again for the updates.

M block 78 - 81 কমপ্লিট হোলোনা, কিন্তু 82 - 84 colour হয়ে গেছে। কারণটা জানা গেল না। আর M 81 এর কাজ তো তেমন এগোচ্ছেই না। দু বছর আগেও যে অবস্থায় ছিল আজও একই অবস্থায় রয়েছে, শুধু লিফ্ট ও ট্যাঙ্কের কাজটুকু ছাড়া। M 81 কবে delivery দেবে সে ব্যাপারে একটু আলোকপাত করুন না। তাহলে অনেক উপকার হয়। 2025 এ পাবার চান্স আছে ? একটু জানাবেন প্লিজ।

M 82 _ 84 Belongs to phase 7 alloted before M 78_ 81 so handover wil be earlier.

It is difficult to inform you the actual distance from your tower to garage. Your garage is in E block in phase 7 but in which tower of G +. Four ? If I know your garage no then I can inform you when I visit.May be in January if I get my possession offer letter which is expected at an early date. My flat is in L 54 .Thank you.

@@raghunathmandal9152 My allotted apartment tower is H/110. The builder would endeavour to give possession within 48 months from the date of allotment letter. Such 48 months have passed on 09/08/2023. Till uncertain on possession time. May you sir convey your guesstimate on my possession time, based on your experience!

​@@purnimaroy9058 As per my experience you may expect at the end of 2027 or latter. They will consumed 2025 for delivery of M block and 2026 for delivery of one bhk of F block .My delivery date was May 2020 but till date not received any letter. Pl take patience.with thanks.
