Yes. On December 30, 2021, the Central Government notified Consumer Protection (Jurisdiction of the District Commission, the State Commission and the National Commission) Rules, 2021 in order to revise the pecuniary jurisdiction of District Commission, the State Commission and the National Commission. 1. Jurisdiction of District Commission: The District Commission shall have jurisdiction to entertain complaints where the value of the goods or services paid as consideration does not exceed fifty lakh rupees. 2. Jurisdiction of State Commission: The State Commission shall have jurisdiction to entertain complaints where the value of the goods or services paid as consideration exceeds fifty lakh but does not exceed two crore rupees. 3. Jurisdiction of National Commission: The National Commission shall have jurisdiction to entertain complaints where the value of the goods or services paid as consideration, exceeds two crore rupees.

Suraj ji I don’t have complete material. I will be uploading as and when I prepare it. It’s tedious process to prepare the material with latest material included. As a part of revision, You may watch videos repeatedly (2-3 times) until you get them into brain. Many people start collecting PDFs and they get exhausted and find no time to read them. Whenever you find a good video ( not only mine😊) repeat it and finish it and let it be in your brain instead of on paper.Its proven that People learn more visually than reading something. ( That’s why we remember movies but not the yesterday’s breakfast 😂) One more way I find it helpful is jot down your own notes seeing the video, ONLY which you find it not registered in your brain . Which you can easily remembered may be ignored in such notes . Repeat that notes every week and again strike off which you can remember this time. Thus the load gets reduced and revision can be effective.
