It consists of a precident and other two other members . President cab be retired or working judge of district court and it is appointed by state govt... . The criteria for f8lling complaints against seller good or services must be less than 1 crore

In state commision the criteria for filling complaint against seller that is the value of consumer's goods or services should be more than 1cr. But less than 10 cr.. Those consumers can also file complaints who are not satisfied by the decision of the districk govt
