I hope they keep the prices high.. esp for doordash ect.. ive never cooked more . Its fun. You Tube has so many fun cooking channels. Ive been able to put in pure savings $1000 since march just by cutting that stuff out. It may not be alot to most but its nice to finally have an emergency fund.. and ive gotten addicted to adding to it❤.

Good for you! Less expensive, and home cooked meals are healthier. For those who say they don't have time to cook, my question is, what good is "saving" an hour or so a day but at the end your life becomes shorter or you lose quality of life to all the illness linked to obesity?

Well as a nearly 40 year old fully disabled combat veteran who does Uber Eats because I can’t afford to survive off my disability alone….I will DISAGREE WITH YOU, you can cook at home all you want but these prices do NOTHING BUT HURT EVERYONE!! If you can’t cook at home unless you’re forced to by raising prices than that’s something you need to personally deal with within YOURSELF.

How did you come to select her as a spokesperson, especially since you are a local news program based in Louisville, KY? OMG, Praise Jesus, our youth are finally realizing how stupid they are for going to Starbucks.(At $5.71 per pound and at the 2 Tbsp/6 oz of water rate that they recommend for brewing, Walmart's Donut Shop coffee will yield 32 6oz cups of coffee at a cost of 18 cents per cup) I never thought I'd see the day, so now I have something to live for. Gen Zers, follow the lead of the lady from Tampa, buy GROCERIES and buy them at the cheapest prices. (My way of saying, don't be taken in by the "organic" BS) Maybe now food stamp recipients will be forced to focus on buying actual food rather than ice cream, potato chips, prepared meals, cookies, candy, pastries, Pop Tarts, frozen waffles, exotic crackers, sodas, Lunch 'ems, etc. (heaven forbid)

I don't know why people continue to pay for unhealthy fast food. You can save 70% of your money eating asian food dishes. It is very rare that i buy anything at the store. We have a very large supply of diverse vegetables and raise fish. We donate 90% of our food to feed those in need and it doesn't cost anything to grow. We have free solar energy grids and create our own free hydrogen supply. Unlimited free fresh water, power, hydrogen, food, electric vehicles. I don't understand why people work for money like slaves. Yes i am a millionaire but i live modestly and share 90% of what i have with those who need it. That is how the world suppose to operate. Capitalism is what corrupts the minds of the people into slavery and oppression over cost of living. We only spend maybe 30 min a day working. Communities help each other without expectation of anything in return. We help thousands of people every week and it doesn't cost anything. When society stops working for money and just contributes with the skills they enjoy doing life becomes easier. A true moneyless society sharing and rationing resources to meet the needs of the people. A humanitarian society created without capitalism has no need for money. This is how the world should be. Technology and automated industries can create and distribute all the basic needs of humanity with very little human workers. People should be thriving in culture and learning what they are passionate about working a career they love not out of necessity and missing out on life and joy. We waste so much resource on this planet with non essential jobs just to make money in a competitive economy. Waste of time and causes oppression for the people. Every year over 1 trillion dollars of food is wasted or destroyed. That is about 1.3 billion tons a year. That is 1/3 of all food supply on the planet gone and you wonder why food is so expensive. 90% of the world is working, driving and stressing for no damn reason just to make money that isn't really needed. Wake up and realize your all being manipulated by the government, religion and capitalist that control your lives. It is a sad reality but the truth. It won't stop until people start changing to a better way of life. Honestly i live off less than 30.00 a month with a family of 14 people and i feed over 1000 families every single week for free. My passion is showing people there is another way of life they are missing out on and it cost nothing to truly live. With proper planning you can do anything you want. It is the governments that have to change.
