I thought of a place but when my eyes closed something different happened, I saw beautiful colours and flowers and jewels and a sense of peace came I started to smile and as it wore on I saw eyes,, kind eyes and I began to cry with my eyes still closed but it wasn't a sad cry it was more like an - oh my gosh I found someone after so long cry.....

THIS! This was an amazing meditation! When you said to picture a safe space I realized my mind had already drifted to my Grandma’s old apartment. I started seeing in detail things I remember being in her house. The smells, the rug pattern and then I saw her! I haven’t been able to picture her face in so long and I saw it. Her, her smile, her glasses. It was magical. I knew she was one of my guides already but this meditation so helped me get closer to her. I’ll be listening to this often! Thank you!!!! 💝

I’ve literally been doing this guided meditation as part of my morning routine for two months now. Almost every single day. I love the part so much where we talk to our guides out loud. The entire way this meditation is constructed is pure genius. I wish there were more guided meditations like this. I feel so grateful this exists, truly. I slept after listening to a meditation video. When I woke up my body jolted repeatedly like a seizure. I heard the door opening, and I saw an image of a clown in front of my eyes, my eyes were closed. Then some energy went into my body and I started hearing voices in my ear. My body was paralyzed. He told me his name. I asked him if spirit guides are real. He tried to say something but I couldn't make out the words. It was like hearing different languages all at once. Then I felt someone scratching my chin. I saw an image of a silver clock. The clock was running very fast. I got scared and moved. The next day I saw an image of a card which has L written on the top, and I heard the word life and saw the numbers 11.11 and 1.11 on the clock the same day. The next day I tried contacting him again in my sleep and I heard the door opening but I got scared and moved. This is my first time contacting spirit guides, so can someone help me with what the clown image, the L card, and the silver clock mean?
