I love your content -- can we please do away with jumping jacks as the first thing we do in a warm up -- it's so stressful on lateral ligaments and tendons -- not a huge issue for young dancers but a big issue for older dancers.

The warm up was not contemporary, it's gym class. No music? I'm only a minute or two in but I don't see any contemporary technique in the warm up, some jazz maybe.
