Thank God for Dave Hunt teaching and defending the gospel against the end time deception. I was caught up in the "inner healing" and visualization being promoted by ministries I thought were Christian. Hunt's book "The Seduction of Christianity" helped me see just how wrong I was. Seek the truth in God's word and stick to it, every other road leads towards deceit.

Dave Hunt is the one preacher i trust. Since i read the first Dave Hunt book, Seduction of Christianity, I was so grateful to God for giving us such a God honouring Christian preacher and author like Dave Hunt. He's been faithful to the Bible and I've never been disappointed in any of his books. His English is also flawless.

We need more Dave Hunts! I am so sad he is no longer with us. His sermons still bless me. I can listen to them again and again. It's so packed full of truth. He really understood what is happening to our churches. Today, I do not believe there is even one church who is not following the doctrine of demons. I was shocked to hear about "vision casting" being promoted in our church. I am praying our church will not go the way of the world. That is all we can do.

Debating is not a good way of defending the scriptures. That’s why Christ said to, “Go into all the world and PREACH THE GOSPEL. The major problem with debating is it’s more a contest between debaters, and who is the more slick just like Dave Hunt said. People are not won to Christ by an intellectual debate; they are won to Christ by the proclamation of God’s Word and the conviction of the Holy Spirit, and when they realize they are sinners and are helpless to do anything about it.

Just an observation - at 6 min 13 seconds he quotes Isaiah 9 but it should be Jeremiah. An easy mistake to make.

This church did not give Dave even an hour to teach and he did not seem welcomed here. he knew it to. he wasnt even warmed up yet, and never really got to say what he wanted to say. Even still, he did point out the heretic, false teaching of the super TV preachers.

It's to bad this man spent a good part of his life advancing the myth of futurist eschatology. The future for these guys are an imaginary Brothers Grimm story and events that can no longer happen. The so- called great trib. of the future. is in reality the Olivet Discourse in Matt. 24. 70 a.d. to be exact!!!!!

Christ is baptized by St John the Baptist; they are cousins ; he's the Savior; .it's understood his parents, relatives, disciples, apostles, and believers are all Christians. At.pentecost the Holy Spirit came down over the heads of the apostles , the church was created by the Holy spirit; the apostles became the pillars of the church and went around preaching and baptizing those who believe in Christ; as Christ commanded them. St Paul said:" A Christian is neither a Jew nor a Gentile." They are all baptized; while those who remained unbaptized are still pagans; pagans are outside the Church ; Peter is the vicar of Christ or successor of Christ to lead the church on earth while Christ had ascended to Heaven back to the Almighty Father; heaven is God's kingdom.

He knows the bible. He did spend a good deal of time exposing false prophets, but he also wants people to read & search for themselves. The verse he referred to in the beginning & the one at the end, were the key points for contending for the faith... "...But let him that glories glory in this; That he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord, exercising lovingkindness, judgement, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight," says the Lord. Jeremiah 9:23-24 Then he reiterates it again at the end with I Peter 3:15, (I would also back up to v. 13 because standing for the truth can be perilous) " And who is he that will harm you if you become followers of what is good? But even if you should suffer for righteousness sake, you are blessed. And do not be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled. But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear;.." As he said at the end, "Know God, the true God".... If we really know God, we will recognize what is false & stand firm in perilous times...
