Being 1000+ years old doesn't make it a "science", science is method that accepts or rejects theory based on evidence and repeatable results. Whether it's old or new doesn't matter. Ayurveda may or may not be beneficial to everyone for everything. If you claim it's beneficial then it must be based on evidence and repeatable results. Anything doesn't become science based on it's origin, if it actually passed scientific testing it becomes a part of science. I'm not here to prove or disprove Ayurveda works or not. All I'm asking is for evidence and theory backing the evidence. I recommend you to explore a bit about Logical fallacies.
