I always say "I'm not in any hurry to get into these everest content modes", then I tell myself "I'll just chk it out real quick and get a feel for it", and ultimately after spending a single revive, "it'd be a waste if I didn't atleast finish this path" then start the process over again the next day 😂

I pondered the question myself when Necropolis was announced. So I opened up a spreadsheet and did some data collecting and research on my own. With the results of hours and days of testing and calculations supporting my statement, I can confidently say that it will cost a lot.

Something to note is that the boss of Necropolis appears to have less ways to end the fight due to fun and interactiveness, so the revives spent on Abyssal Collector is likely not a strong comparison to what skilled players will use vs the new Grandmaster.

I do think that kabam may have in mind quite the opposite, make this cost to players as many revives as it can get, drain their entire stash in one run if possible, so they ll have to buy their CW participation.

One other suggestion I have is to wait until the December anniversary of the game, usually they give a universal boost to all players (XP boost, health and attack). That helped me get Cavalier, also Halls of Healing might help too!

Nice observations. I have a gut feeling that this content will be different than the previous Abyss; due to the fact the way Kabam is moving with the difficulty level of the content across the board I think they have lowered it to be more inclusive of players to progress so they can have more spenders and improve game economy which is good because it is not good for game and players that a certain content is only done by top 1% of players then why bother creating a piece of content? for example I have completed 8.3 the week it came but act 6 is still pending for 100% becaus eat the time of its release it was very difficult same is for Abyss I have done only 1 path..So I am hoping for a content that is challenginng but not so difficult that it is targeted to the top1%. Would love to hear you guys opinions on it. Peace!

idk about heimdall here, on average you'd want every champ to at least take 3 fights in that path, of course some champs taking more than others, but for me, I would not bring a champ thats only there for a synergy like heimdall

I would be over the moon at 4-5 k a path 24-30k for explore. The complete, plus path, plus explore are PHENOMENAL. But, hoping, with using the EQ offers, maybe a tad bit of skill, and having some good counters I can complete. My strategy is to a) watch our excellent community of YTers go for it. Then let me learn from their ‘earned wisdom’ going ahead of me. Then realize for me no rush. It’s cyber week. Which should start Friday after next then end not on Monday but the following Monday. If I can complete by then. Then I assess what the other 2-3 is locked behind. I don’t feel I’m skilled enough even with a very good roster to explore it. But never say never. And I may have a key champ🤷🏻‍♂️ I don’t have Shuri as 7 star. But I do have Odin Gamora. I’m not jumping in till minimum weekend. And definitely not before the YTers do their thing. Also it’s hella fun watching YTers go for this content live on day 1. Literally only happens once a few years. Why spoil that going early🤷🏻‍♂️

Those abyss rewards are laughable Permanent rewards get outdated so fast. I only got 2 rank4 but I still wouldn't do single lane of abyss for the exploration and completion rewards. Battlegrounds is where alll the goodies at now.
