Sir.. apka knowledge thoda adjust kar raha hoon. Please do spare time and read carefully... Kam petrol hone se injector kharab ho na ho. . Sabse pehele fuel pump kharab ho jata hai.. fuel pump submersible hota hai aur petrol se hi lubricate bhi hota hai. . . Jab aap tank emptry karte ho and start try karte ho tab pump dry run hota hai jisse wo kharab hota hai . . Also, 1 litre pe jo aapne 23 kms run kiya isme bhi aapne fuel pump ki life kam kar di hai . . Because jab aap running mein acceleration kam karte ho to jo bhi less than a litre ka petrol hai wo tank ke front side mein collect ho jata hai jisse pump utne time tak dry run hota hai. . .that is why it is said the bs6 vehicles with fuel pump should never run with very low fuel in tank.. . . I've done 650+ in a single day and it's fine. Entirely depends on whether you are comfortable with the seating position. Stock seats are not great, I suggest going for a touring seat (sold in RE showroom) if planning for 350+ kms in a day. Hope this helps
