This is absolutely disgusting. It really shouldn't stop here. They should all be made accountable from on lookers right through the ranks. You can't tell me that the top generals dont know this abuse goes on. I would be suing the government for lack of protection. I would also sue all of those involved. Going to prison is great however, if you hit them financially also its a double edged blade. Even if JK donates the money to help others going through this. I am appalled that this kind of behaviour is still seen as normal!!!!

So, the ones who have fled to avoid prosecution would be AWOL (absent without leave), so they should be court marshalled as it's considered breaking the law. Stripped of their ranks, dropped back to the lowest rank and the lowest ranks wage also.
