Continuous Data Visualization Charts in Excel

This video demonstrates how to use Excel to create continuous data scatterplots and histograms.
Scatterplots are utilized for displaying the relationship between two continuous variables. Histograms are utilized for displaying the distribution of a continuous variable. This video demonstrates what type of variables are relevant for creating scatterplots and histograms using a dataset derived from a survey instrument. The survey instrument is presented showing the items measuring the variables for the scatterplot and for the histogram. The dataset is shown within the statistical program being used for creation of the plots. The procedures for creating a scatterplot and a histogram are demonstrated. The output for the scatterplot and histogram is described.
