Ive never been to a gymnastics class but i can do the splits, middle splits,over splits,front walkover,back handspring ,front handspring,cartweel,one handed cartweel, round off, run up to a one handed cartweel,all kinds of handstands,bend in halve and do what you just did ( I know its a contortion move), a backbend and im almost able to do a back handpring!THIS IS A SIGN TO NEVER GIVE UP YOUR AMAZING 💗💗💗 Also,that was very clean great job💞

I got my back bend from standing up bc of u here how it went So I was bored so I search up how to get a backebend from standing up and this showed up and I seen it and I was like okay so I tried it and it took me 3 trust to do it and then I heard a voice say, u got this don't give up then I realized it was my bff and she isn't gone so I was like huh so I didn't give up and I tryed again and then I did it so tysm❤❤
