Nice work on the review! Thanks for taking the time to put it together!

A really interesting patch could have been the modification of audio signals via the change of Rise & Fall WITHOUT changing the pitch at the same time, as this possibility is provided by the module (with possible use of non-linear compensation in the V/Oct signal).

I am fully loaded when it comes to ENV, LFO, slew, etc., but Istill want at least one of these. Just a great design.

Same here. Its just so easy to dial in the right shape with those looong faders and shape knobs. Its really logically layed out. Plus I love their minimalistic design. No funny stuff ;-)

How does the Contour1 compare to the Delta-V? Specifically when it come to drone/ambient style music ala rings/pluck/clouds modules? Very interested in both and having trouble deciding.

With respect to making interesting drones, the Contour 1 is the only analogue module I know with separate CV over rise vs fall segments. Also, unlike the Delta V, the Contour 1 is 1v/oct capable and will stay better in tune while manipulating the wave shape and can be your VCO or your LFO. The Contour 1 also has End of Rise gate outputs. The Delta V is a better value for more basic functionality and hp as solely a modulator, as it combines two AR envelopes with two VCAs.

You should check out Falistri. I think Joranalogue is great, but Frap Tools is making awesome stuff.

if you get these modules for free, please write this in your description just to be honest with your watchers ;) Cheers

Dear Tom - nothing in this world is for free and I am not an exception. Greeings from Warsaw ;-)
