I was collecting money from a program along with many others and was told it would be extended till sept . I called the place just to be sure and employees told me nothing bad would happen but to find out months later when I called again for a random question they told me the program is being ended and there was a sentence in the program guideline no one knew to end it. No one told use and now I might not be able to pay my rent and medical Bill's. Was this misrepresentation or info not being disclosed

Hi there does Fraudulent Misrepresentation cover when an online course provider states on the course information that its an accreditated course but on asking if it is accredidited on messenger i was sent a voice mail from the acual educator saying the course is not accredidited but are looking to get accreditation later down the line.

A CPA (Expert) represented that he can get you more Tax Returns and induced me to sign with him. Is this considered "Fraudulent Misrepresentation" if he really did not save any money?
