I am in procurement lakin kabi humne contract management or BAAT nhe ki to aap jonkeh rha hai contract management isse Murad ye hai k Jo po hum vendor ko date hai ye contract hi howa na aik kisam Ka. Is k elawa agar hum Kisi bhi aik contract ko chose Kare to phir btae muje k Baki factors KO ignore karenge Kia Jaise time and delivery, quality, responsiveness and so on. Plz clarify and can I drop my number here
